Craig Bruder joined Specialty Comp Insurance Solutions in January 2025 and is based out of North Carolina. Starting from his family’s independent agency in Northern Michigan, he has built a strong foundation in risk management and insurance including both undergraduate and MBA degrees in this is field from the University of Olivet. His diverse experience spans Agribusiness, Workers Compensation, Religious Institutions, as well as Commercial Insurance.

Craig has held underwriting leadership roles at several companies, including Pioneer State Mutual Insurance, North Pointe Insurance Company (pre-QBE), Church Insurance Companies, and EMC Insurance. Most recently, he served as Vice President/Branch Manager for EMC Insurance Company’s Charlotte branch. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) & Certified Authority in Workers Compensation (CAWC) professional designations.
