Prior to joining SCIS Steven spent the last three years as Vice President of Underwriting at start up Kinetic Insurance a Middle Market WC Insurtech.  Under his leadership the company grew from $0 to $47M in profitable written premium within 2 years.  Steven was also AVP of Underwriting at CopperPoint Insurance where he grew and managed a profitable $175M book of business.   He’s also worked for Employers Insurance and Crum & Forster where he held positions in underwriting leadership and national program management.
